Once you’ve placed an order, you can visit our online Order Status for shipping and delivery dates for each item. All estimates are based on business days. Shipping methods BadenBall.com offers a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. FREE U.S. Standard Shipping — Free on all orders over $99. UPS Ground (typically 5 business days or less) Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you complete your order on BadenBall.com. You can also see shipping costs on the Order Acknowledgment email and on online Order Status. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Depending on the item(s) you purchase on BadenBall.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order. Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. International OrdersInternational orders are subject to duties and taxes. The recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes, broker and other fees. Gift orders may be assessed duty depending on the country. Please contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items. We will do everything we can to get the lowest price in shipping and brokering fees to your country. Please note that should your shipment be refused by not paying those charges, we will not issue credit for the order as we will not pay to have the package returned to us and the customs office will destroy the merchandise. Please check with your local office before making a purchase. Please be aware that international orders can take slightly longer to arrive at their destination than U.S. orders. All untracked shipping (USPS first class and priority international) cannot be claimed as non receipt and is not eligible for a refund. Contact us!
