Keep trying to best your own score whether you are practicing with a friend or on your own.
Exercise #2: No question about it, the best weapon a good quarterback possesses are lightening quick reactions. This exercise is best performed with a friend or teammate. The challenge is to see just how fast you can release the ball. Have your friend say “Go!” and get the ball out of your hand just as quickly as possible. Don’t hesitate or over think it. Just throw.
