- Shipping & Delivery
- All products listed on the website have their respective inventory status available. In most cases we try to stock popular products, though some products have a small delay in processing due to the inventory status directly at Baden's Corporate warehouse. For availability, please see the inventory status listed directly on the product page. For more information, please contact customer service: service@badenball.com
- Once your product ships, you will get a confirmation email along with a tracking number. Badenball.com uses Amazon.com's shipping network and delivery system to get your product to you fast at a very reasonable UPS shipping rate. For large orders, your order will be shipped directly from our warehouse. For more information, please contact customer service: service@badenball.com
- Privacy & Security
- Your personal privacy and the security of your personal information are of primary concern. Under no circumstances will Badenball sell or share any personal information about you to or with any person or organization except those authorized by you, or as may be required by law or court order. By providing an email address, you give us permission to follow up with e-newsletters and other electronic correspondence. We do not sell or exchange any email addresses.
- Security: Badenball.com uses strong encryption on all web pages that contain any personal information so your information is safe while being transmitted to badenball.com. Badenball.com does not store your credit card number for additional safety reasons and will not contact you for your password or private information unless requested directly by you.
- Returns, Replacements and Warranties
- Most merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery so long as the merchandise is in new, resalable condition with all original components and packaging intact. All returns must be authorized by Customer Service. The RA number must be visible on the outside of the package, or the package may be refused. Some items may be subject to restocking fees up to 20%. Returned items that are not in new, resalable condition will either be refused and returned to the sender or may be subject to reconditioning fees up to 20%. Shipping charges and return fees are not refundable unless the return is due to a Badenball.com error. Non returnable items include items that have been used, bats with the factory shrink-wrap removed, customized decorated or special order items, and closeout or clearance items.
- Defective merchandise must be reported to us within 30 days of receipt. If we are contacted outside of the 30 days, the product must be inspected before any replacement merchandise is sent or credit is issued, and the customer may be responsible for any shipping fees associated with the product return and reshipment.
- PLEASE NOTE: Ball valve stem damage due to improper pump needle insertion (i.e. not moistening the needle before inserting, or inserting very hard causing the valve to collapse into the ball) will not be accepted as a return item.
- Ordering
- All orders placed on the badenball.com website will be processed according to their current inventory status. Badenball.com attempts to fulfill all orders as soon as they come in and are generally processed within 24 hours. All orders must be paid for through the online processing system with a valid credit card. For larger orders, please contact customer service (service@badenball.com) to make alternate payment arrangements. Organizations may purchase using a Purchase Order method. Please contact us (service@badenball.com) for a credit application.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Payments must be made through the online system with a valid credit card or a purchase order. Badenball.com also processes, and for custom orders, can process through paypal.com. For questions please contact customer service. Please note when purchasing with a credit card, a charge from "Firegiant Sports" will appear on your credit card statement.
- Viewing Orders
- Badenball.com has an online order tracking system that will contain your order status. You can find this link at the top of the page under "My Account."
