Finding Products
There are two ways to find the products you are looking for on BadenBall.com: Searching by keyword or item number in the search box or by browsing the links from the Home Page. No matter which method you use, you will find a variety of sorting functions to help you find what you are looking for.
Finding More Information on a Specific Product
If you would like more information about an item you see on BadenBall.com, simply click on the item. This will take you to a Product Detail page that provides a complete description of the product.
Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
To add items to your Shopping Cart, follow these simple steps:
1. Go to the page that displays the item you want to purchase.
2. Enter a quantity in the field provided.
3. Click the "Add to Cart" button to add the item to your Shopping Cart.
Checking Out
Once you have finished shopping and wish to finalize your purchase, go to your Shopping Cart, enter your shipping zip code, choose your preferred method of shipping, and click the button.
Fill out the billing, shipping, and payment information.
Click the "Confirm & Preview" button.
Review your order for accuracy and click "Submit Order".
Changing or Cancelling an Order
After you have clicked “Submit Order,” your order begins to process and you cannot cancel or change your order.* Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order in the mail, simply return any items you do not want by following our Return Instructions at www.badenball.com/returns.htm.
*Note: You may only cancel your order if you receive an e-mail notifying you that:
1. One or more items in your order is on backorder. (You may cancel only the backordered items.) Please contact us immediately at service@firegiants.com if you wish to cancel these items.
2. We are unable to process your payment information. Please contact us immediately at service@firegiants.com if you wish to cancel your order.
Viewing the Status or Tracking the Location of an Order
Once you have submitted your order, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for tracking your order. You will need your order number and billing zip code to track your purchase.
