The goal of the Official Baden Sports online store, powered by Firegiants Incorporated, is to achieve complete customer satisfaction. We will make every effort available to assist you with your return. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Department for instructions at service@firegiants.com within 30 days of receiving the package. Include your order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number, and you will be directed how best to handle your shipment.

You must contact a Customer Service Representative within 30 days, or you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
